Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual GGL Ambassador to join our front desk team in Trenton, NJ. As a key member of our new client team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to existing and new clients, conduct intake leads, and determine client eligibility for referrals to other practice areas and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients, vendors, and prospective clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and take notes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Compile data to determine the next course of action, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Referral Department to receive, evaluate, collect data, and coordinate referral activities.
  • Review alert calls for leads, create leads on the case management system, and process and upload documents.
  • Organize and scan documents, research police reports in Legal Plex, and schedule appointments for investigators.
  • Maintain legal files and digital databases, dispute denial claims, and make transportation arrangements for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and paralegals to discuss intakes, enhance resolutions, and provide translation support to Trenton team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to email communication daily, and supporting other administrative staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience in case management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a thorough understanding of GGL's core values and goals.
  • Bilingual, with facility in English and Spanish required.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Data Management experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare, front desk, or professional environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and occasional lifting of 15 pounds.
  • Able to travel to GGL offices as needed.

Schedule
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional weekends.
