Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, including setting your days of operation, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to keep 100% of exam and professional fees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye and vision care to patients
  • Take a leading role in patient care with respect to general health and well-being
  • Establish and maintain a successful optometry practice within the Walmart store
  • Manage patient schedules and fee structures
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
