As an Occupational Therapist at SportsMed, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. You will direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your role will involve facilitating the learning of essential skills and functions to adapt and be productive, reducing or correcting pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Treat a variety of hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder injuries and post-operative conditions
* Perform initial evaluations, establish recovery goals, and develop plans of care based on findings
* Document all evaluations and treatments
* Educate patients and relevant parties on evaluations and treatment plans
* Maintain effective communication with patients, SportsMed providers, and other team members

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
