Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care to clients, respecting their unique needs and circumstances.
- Monitor and document client behaviors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Conduct rounds and provide emotional support to clients, referring them to clinical staff as needed.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Transport clients safely and conduct urine drug screenings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license with less than 3 points and 21 years or older to meet insurance carrier requirements.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17-18, depending on education, licensure, and experience.
