About the Role

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients and supporting their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients, respecting their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Monitor and document client behaviors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct rounds and provide emotional support to clients, referring them to clinical staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Transport clients safely and conduct urine drug screenings as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with less than 3 points and 21 years or older to meet insurance carrier requirements.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
