Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic MRI exams in a pediatric setting.
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. About the Role- Perform diagnostic MRI exams on pediatric patients
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and referring physicians
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and techniques
- Graduation from a Joint Review Committee-approved program in Radiological Technology
- Active ARRT certification in Radiological Technology (ARRT-R)
- Active Washington State RT certification (WA-RT-CERT)
- Active ARRT certification in MRI or obtain within 18 months of hire (ARRT-MR)
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
- MRI imaging experience
- ARRT certification in MRI (ARRT-MR)
- Pediatric imaging experience
- Cardiac imaging experience
The estimated salary range for this position is $46.02 - $74.49 per hour, based on full-time employment and calculated using national averages. This compensation range may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
