Job Description

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Overview

KVC Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to oversee coordination of youth academic achievement in high school and higher education. The successful candidate will provide oversight of foster care clinical treatment of youth within the program.

Responsibilities
  • Youth Academic Achievement: Provide leadership in ensuring youth achieve academic success through partnerships with Fairmont State University and KVC Behavioral Health Care WV.
  • Foster Care Clinical Treatment: Oversee clinical treatment components to ensure youth wellbeing needs are addressed.
  • Service Coordination: Directly supervise service coordinators in the program and lead efforts of recruitment of new youth within the program.
  • Liaison: Serve as liaison between KVC treatment and Fairmont State University on behalf of youth in the program.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree: A master's level degree or bachelor's degree in the human services field from an accredited college or university in a social service-related field.
  • Licensure/Certification: Licensed by the West Virginia Board of Social Work Examiners or equivalent board.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience along with a master's degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience with bachelor's degree.
