About Premier Community Supports
Premier Community Supports is a leading provider of person-centered support services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). Our mission is to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives in their communities.
We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team in Eugene. As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with ID/DD, helping them to develop daily life skills, participate in community activities, and build meaningful relationships.
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of $23-$26
* 401K plan with up to 4% employer match
* 24 hours of annual training, OIS, and CPR/First Aid training
* Up to 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) per year
* PTO cash out option after 1 year
* No-cost health plan for DSPs working over 26 hours per pay period
* Dental and vision benefits for full-time DSPs after 6 months of employment
* Paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 16th of the month
Requirements
* Valid driver's license and insurance (if driving individuals)
* PCS is a drug-free workplace
