Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to enhance students' academic performance.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and share results with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is a plus.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is beneficial but not mandatory for novice candidates.
