Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized speech and language interventions to students in various school districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address student needs, provide consultation on communication strategies, and support the development of inclusive educational environments.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress monitoring data.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience: Preferably experienced in a school setting, with a strong understanding of educational environments and communication needs.
