Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, including unexpected customer requests and sales floor conditions.
