3. Coordinate medical management by scheduling client appointments with orthopedic and specialized healthcare providers.

The paralegal is responsible for maintaining the damages and medical bills section in Litify, contributing to the collection of information for discovery responses, and ensuring timely procurement of medical records and bills through diligent follow-ups.

Organizational Skills
Demonstrating exceptional organizational abilities, the paralegal ensures that all medical records are systematically organized by provider in chronological order, while also keeping all files current and well-structured in Litify.

Regular courtesy calls to clients provide updates and foster strong client relationships, highlighting the paralegal's dedication to client service. Collaboration with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and office personnel showcases the paralegal's teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.

This is a Full-Time position.

Working Hours
The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
