Key Responsibilities:

  3. Training and Development: Participate in our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the medical device industry.
  4. Order Processing: Facilitate order processing, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  5. Problem Solving: Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data in our CRM system.
  7. Sales Support: Work closely with our sales team to support their efforts in meeting customer needs and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is a plus but not required.
  2. Experience: No prior customer service experience is necessary. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Customer-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
