About the Role

As a Credit Team Lead at Uline, you will be responsible for managing and growing a dedicated team of Credit Analysts. This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership traits and a passion for credit management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day activities of approximately 5 to 6 Credit Analysts.
  • Support team development by monitoring performance, completing informal audits, and providing coaching and feedback on a regular basis.
  • Provide department support by handling escalations, answering calls, and analyzing orders stopped for credit review as needed.
  • Regularly produce ad hoc, financial statements, and business analyses.
  • Oversee specialized functions or groups within the Credit department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections preferred.
