Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of laboratory professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Laboratory Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all testing is performed accurately and efficiently, and that the laboratory is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, and evaluates the performance of laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure that the laboratory is operating efficiently and effectively, and that all testing is performed accurately and reliably.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure that the laboratory is integrated into the overall operations of the organization, and that all testing is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure that all testing is performed accurately and reliably, and that the laboratory is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four years of training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of laboratory professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
