As a Dining Room Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our service team and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be attentive to the needs of our servers, ensuring that they have the support necessary to deliver exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Complete side tasks at the beginning and end of each shift as assigned, while maintaining cleanliness in service areas throughout your shift.
  • Welcome guests as they arrive and respond to their requests, communicating effectively with the serving staff as needed.
  • During transitions, transport used tableware to the dish area, sorting it appropriately, and ensure tables are cleaned and reset for the next guests.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a restaurant or related field.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, readiness to assist fellow team members, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and guests.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional requirements for bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
