Railcar Auto Unloader Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Railcar Auto Unloaders at our Norfolk Southern (NS) Ayer rail terminal. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the rail industry.

Responsibilities

• Unload new automobiles from railcars using specialized equipment.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of unloading procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug test.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs above your head, climb various heights, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
