Surgical Technologist Lead

AdventHealth Florida is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team in Holiday, Florida. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring patient safety. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Assist surgeons during operations, maintaining a sterile environment
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerns to the surgical team

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• CST certification with at least two years of experience
• Current AMA BLS certification
