Job Description

We're seeking an In-Home Care Specialist to join our team. As a caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with the support and care they need to stay independent and comfortable in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personal care assistance, including mobility and transfer services
  • Help with meal planning and preparation, and assist with feeding
  • Manage household needs, including light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offer companionship and respite services for family members
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for serving others and making a positive impact in your community
  • Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home or senior community setting
  • Access to reliable transportation
Estimated Salary Range

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
