Restaurant Server Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Restaurant Server to join our team at Great Wolf Resorts. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and handling transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle transactions, including processing payments and managing cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous server experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) technology and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
