RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Transportation Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the transportation and maintenance of mobile imaging equipment. This is a full-time position that requires working nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Transportation: Safely transport equipment to designated locations within a predetermined schedule, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and take down equipment according to manufacturer and company guidelines, ensuring preventive maintenance and general maintenance are performed in a cost-effective manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment, maintain cleanliness, and perform monthly maintenance on vehicles.
- Administrative Support: Maintain current logs, including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submit them in a timely manner. Document daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance, complete expense reports and time reports, and ensure unit compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and company guidelines.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
