Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility and production equipment to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Repair and Improvement: Make repairs and improvements to equipment in the production process to ensure product quality and promote continuous improvement.
  • Inspection and Quality Control: Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Prioritize and schedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance goals and deadlines.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the Maintenance Shop cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety requirements and maintain company quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer entry/retrieval skills are required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret machine manuals/schematics, electrical blueprints/schematics, and process control diagrams.
  • Industrial Experience: Experience troubleshooting PLC and/or conveyor systems in an industrial environment.
  • Independence and Supervision: Experience working independently and with minimal supervision.
