Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valet Attendant to join our team at The Clyde Hotel. As the first face of our property, you will welcome guests with a fun, inviting flair, immersing them in the 1920's vibe. Your primary responsibilities will include providing assistance in and out of vehicles for all guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations for the area, and communicating with other departments to support the seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and inviting welcome to guests.
  • Assist guests with their vehicles, including parking and retrieving their vehicles.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, events, and amenities, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Preferably with 3 years of driving experience.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more.
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 40+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
