Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory/medical technology science from an accredited institution. Degree verification is required.
  • Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist, or an equivalent certification approved by management.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, nights, and on-call duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with laboratory information systems.
  • Background in relevant areas of the clinical laboratory.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to verbally communicate with others.
  • Proficient in operating computers and delicate laboratory equipment.
  • Capable of reading lab equipment, monitors, and documents.
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing tasks.
