Eliassen Group's Sales Development Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the sales industry. This 18-week program covers the fundamentals of recruiting and sales, providing you with hands-on experience working with clients under the guidance of experienced leadership and senior sellers.

A competitive, tiered commission structure based on weekly spread is provided, offering a significant earning potential through a base salary plus uncapped commission structure within 18 months. In addition to competitive compensation, W2 employees of Eliassen Group who meet certain requirements are eligible for various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, voluntary benefits, basic life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO consisting of 10 holidays, 5 sick days, 15+ days of vacation (based on tenure), bereavement leave, and paid maternity/disability leave.
