Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Life Skills Autism Academy. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to our clients, training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians, and engaging parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight to clients to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians
  • Engage parents in ABA therapy to improve client outcomes by delivering 1 hour of parent engagement per month to all clients
  • Develop child-specific behavior plans following the principles of ABA therapy
  • Lead and maintain staff by orienting and training team members
  • Ensure the daily functions of the team are completed by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value, and continuous improvements
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
  • Completed 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred
  • Crisis management experience is preferred

  • Bonus opportunity is based on exceeding your clinical billable hour target of 27 hours per week
  • Additional bonus can be earned by achieving the following goals: 230 technician billable hours per week, 10% supervision hours provided to all but one active client per month, and 1 hour of parent engagement delivered to all but one client per month
