We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at LifeBridge Health. As a Community Care RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients and their families.
About the Role:- Provide nursing care to patients with behavioral health needs, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Less than 2 years of prior hospital and/or behavioral health experience preferred.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
