Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role and minimum 7+ years of experience in software development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar, experience with cloud platforms, and strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, strong mentoring and coaching skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
