Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, promoting evidence-based practices and patient safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Experience in Telemetry or Critical Care preferred.
