We are currently looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be based in our Colwich, KS office, with a hybrid work schedule.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will provide support to our associates in the Colwich office and collaborate with teams across the organization to address their HR needs. Acting as an advocate for associates, the HR Generalist will be the primary contact for HR-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for supporting leaders to enhance business performance and have a comprehensive understanding of the associate life cycle across various HR functions. A self-starter who excels in independent work while contributing to the overall HR team is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the initial point of contact for associate HR inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Facilitate and oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling, resume evaluations, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide on-site HR training as required.
  • Address and resolve associate questions and concerns regarding benefits programs.
  • Offer administrative support in various HR functional areas, including benefits counseling, compensation planning, and employee relations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least two years of experience in Human Resources.
  • A strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience with benefits, annual compensation programs, performance management, employee relations, and HRIS.
  • Background in onboarding and employee engagement is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively across a distributed HR team.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail for record maintenance and compliance.
  • Proven ability to support group projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
