Warehouse Operations Specialist

At Danone, we're committed to manufacturing the best products and meeting demand. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Flow and Packaging departments in the manufacturing plant.

This position will require you to operate a forklift and work in either the dry materials warehouse, where raw materials are received, stored, and distributed, or in a refrigerated warehouse, where finished yogurt is stored or loaded onto trucks for shipment.

The base compensation range for this position is $19.35/hr. plus an overnight shift differential of $1.25/hr. Upon successful completion of a 90-day probationary period, your rate of pay will increase to $22.15/hr. plus an overnight shift differential of $1.25/hr.

This position will work 12-hour shifts on Night Shift, from 06:00 PM to 06:30 AM, on a 4-4-3 rotating schedule. Training may occur on Day Shift, from 06:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

**Requirements:**

* Previous forklift and warehouse experience is preferred.

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

* You must have the ability to read and write, interpret documents, comprehend basic math, and understand instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.

* You must be able to operate powered industrial equipment and navigate in tight spaces and high-traffic areas in a fast-paced environment.

* You must be able to prepare and present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
