Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Personnel to join our team at Deadwood Lodge. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhere to safety protocols, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms
  • Strip linens from guest rooms and replace them with fresh supplies
  • Abide by regulations set forth by material safety data sheets when using chemicals
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
  • Refurnish rooms with supplies, towels, and other essentials
  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
