About the Job:

We are looking for a talented Countertop Craftsperson to join our team. As a Countertop Craftsperson, you will be responsible for designing and manufacturing customized countertops and related products that meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and fabricate work pieces according to customer specifications.
  • Inspect work pieces visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards.
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently, maintaining it to standards, setting points, programming, adjusting to various product types, and conducting preventative maintenance as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must pass a drug test and background check.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You should have 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Prior experience with countertop fabrication shop equipment or machinery is a plus.
  • A desire to work with your hands to produce beautiful products in a team environment is highly valued.
Work Environment:

The job requires intermittent periods of physical exertion, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment. The work environment is typically comfortable but may involve exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, noise, dust, wet work areas, and fumes associated with a normal countertop manufacturing operation.

Salary:

$21 - $25 per hour.
