Grey Oaks Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative food and beverage concepts, managing our culinary operations, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies to drive revenue growth and member satisfaction
  • Manage and train a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Collaborate with our Director of Culinary to develop and implement new menu concepts and culinary programs
  • Manage food and beverage budgets and ensure financial performance meets or exceeds expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality products and services
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a private club or resort setting
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing food and beverage strategies that drive revenue growth and member satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of culinary professionals

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
