Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at H2 Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and treatment services to children with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with diagnoses ranging from articulation, dysphagia, dysarthria, autism, feeding, sensory issues, memory, and cognitive impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help children reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in patients' communication skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
