We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist at Supercuts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing hair services, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Hair Services: Perform haircuts, color and highlights, waxing, and specialty services to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including the reception area, salon floor, and back room.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete transactions on the computerized register, perform close-out procedures, and perform light housekeeping duties.

• Cosmetology License: Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Scheduling: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical Demands: Standing for sustained periods of time, frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms, continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level, ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services, ability to observe guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus, ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants.

Franchisees are independent business owners/operators who set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary from Regis or other franchisees.
