Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting health education, and contributing to the development of our community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by our Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications responsibly.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including wound care, splinting, and managing infections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in nursing.
- Relevant experience in urgent care or family medical practice, preferably in a rural setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
