Lifelong Access is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team of early intervention specialists. As a key member of our transdisciplinary team, you will provide gross motor evaluations and treatment for children ages birth to 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities- Administer comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Developmental Therapists, Social/Emotional therapists, and Speech and Language Pathologists, to provide comprehensive support for children and families.
- Implement treatment programs, develop strategies for home programs, and provide individualized treatment directly to each child.
- Document client progress and update goals as necessary or upon parent requests.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License in Physical Therapy.
- Preferred Early Intervention Credential.
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record and current proof of automobile insurance.
- A supportive and positive work environment with a transdisciplinary team approach.
- Localized on-site supervision and management.
