About Us

Jager Recruitment is a leading consulting firm specializing in power infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support our electrical design projects and serve as in-house engineering for electrical contracting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Design Work: Perform electrical design work for utility, Clean Energy, and Critical Power projects.
  • Design Development and Analysis: Develop and analyze single-line diagrams, Arc-Flash Studies, Specifications, and coordinate technical procurement.
  • Industry Compliance: Ensure designs comply with industry best practices, codes, and regulations.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver subject matter expertise.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Participate in site visits and field inspections to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Proposal and Report Preparation: Assist in project proposals, estimates, and technical reports.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with electrical engineering advancements and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM PowerTools.
  • Previous experience in utility, clean energy, or federal designs.
  • Knowledge of federal contracting requirements and procedures.
