Our team is passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable democracy, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join us in this mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit high-traffic areas and community events to register voters and engage with the community
  • Use a mobile tablet to register voters and collect data
  • Meet and interact with community members, providing information and answering questions about voting and civic engagement
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly conversation goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service a plus
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent travel to community events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with diverse populations
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with occasional evening events
