Welding Specialist

Just In Time Staffing LLC is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining welding machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring high-quality fabrication of metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain welding machinery, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Mig weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials with thicknesses ranging from 12g to 20g.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Assist fabricators with layout and fabrication of jobs, including assembly of products and skids.
• Report concerns, issues, and material shortages in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in the metal fabricating industry.
• Knowledge of safety and operation issues related to the metal fabricating industry.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and perform basic shop math.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
