ROLE DETAILS

Work Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, varying by department

Your Daily Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Food Production Team Member, you will don your uniform and collaborate with your colleagues on the production line daily. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing a knife to accurately cut and process pork products, ensuring that each piece adheres to our stringent quality standards. You will work in a cool environment, remaining active on your feet to keep the production line operating efficiently. This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position, but you will conclude each day knowing you have contributed significantly to producing high-quality products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in production
  • Knife handling skills
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to operate kitchen tools such as knives
