About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Crown Property Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our new luxury apartment complex in Overland Park.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximizing asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. This includes managing staff, leasing activity, and resident relations.

Your Skills and Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful community manager at a 300+ front door count community
• College degree is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills necessary
• Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification(s) strongly preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
