Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections on machinery and systems to identify malfunctions and necessary repairs.
  • Executing regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment are operational and safe.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues across various equipment and systems.
  • Working with PLCs and pneumatic systems to guarantee their optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Complying with all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and reporting on the status of machinery.
  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of maintenance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician position.
  • Proven experience in mechanical and machine maintenance.
  • Expertise in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of pneumatics and PLC systems.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance settings.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Effective communication skills, enabling successful teamwork.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety practices.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
