Job Title: Dishwasher and Porter

At Miller's Ale House, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher and Porter to join our team. As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a supply of clean and ready dish supplies for cooks
  • Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all restaurant service standards
  • Ensure work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Food Prep/Dishwasher to take over
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
