">As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee the day-to-day nursing functions of an assigned area, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and providing nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
">Duties and Responsibilities:
">- Supervise professional and non-professional staff in delivering resident care; schedule job assignments, develop nursing unit priorities, orient new staff and participate in recruitment and selection of nursing personnel.
- Prepare and review medical records, assess residents' physical and emotional status, monitor resident activity and provide nursing care according to physician's orders, care plans, established standards and facility policies.
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians, perform charting and recordkeeping, ensure cleanliness and safety of work and treatment areas.
- Understand and comply with rules regarding residents' rights, assist in developing written care plans for individual residents and participate in in-service training.
Salary and Benefits:
">The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will also receive medical, vision and dental insurance, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible schedules and long-term growth and advancement opportunities.
">Requirements:
">- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
- Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
