Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Anaplan Model Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Model Builder to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As a key member of our Corporate FP&A team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models in Anaplan, working closely with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Anaplan models that meet business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure model design reflects business needs.
- Design, build, and maintain functionality and solutions in Anaplan that are in line with best practices.
- Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, pages, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs.
- Continuously monitor and optimize Anaplan models for performance.
- Develop and maintain strong documentation on assumptions, models, and processes for end users and other model builders.
- Establish the team as the Core Anaplan Center of Excellence at Lincoln, providing training and support to end-users and assisting with adoption and proficiency of Anaplan across the organization.
- Anaplan Model Builder certified.
- 3-5+ years of experience working as a model builder in Anaplan or another EPM tool.
- 4 Year Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience (Minimum Required).
- An analytical and curious mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.

$67,000 - $120,700. Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role.
