Overview

The Food Service Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and satisfaction. This role involves a range of tasks, including washing dishes, cold prep, salad production, serving, cashiering, tray passing, loading carts, and general cleaning and receiving.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive relationship with patients and customers to ensure quality satisfaction of food.
  • Communicate effectively and courteously with all patients, guests, team members, and hospital personnel.
  • Work in direct contact with a variety of foods, adhering to proper handling and storage procedures.
  • Meet schedule requirements, including attendance and punctuality.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-related environment or industry is preferred. A High School Diploma or Equivalent is also required.
