Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis, design, and development of sophisticated, object-oriented applications independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Expertise in front-end, back-end, and API development utilizing C#.
  • Proficient in shell scripting, web/application server management, and version control systems.
  • Extensive experience with SQL and a solid understanding of relational database principles and design.
  • Alignment with enterprise and domain architecture and application design principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with an investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to mentor and share knowledge across the IT organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Capacity to translate business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Agile, inquisitive, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience with DevOps and/or Azure, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
