Key Responsibilities
  • Locate doctors or facilities for an individual to seek treatment
  • Assist with prescription replacement
  • Coordinate complex medical evacuations
  • Work closely with our global team of medical professionals to ensure medical appropriateness for treatment
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Ability to solve complex problems within established protocols
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to respond to high-end clientele with professionalism
  • International travel experience and general geography knowledge is helpful
  • Some knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Foreign language capabilities are highly valued
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
