  • Stay up-to-date on Medi-Cal eligibility requirements and available resources.
  • Accurately document call results in our CRM database for tracking and analysis.
  • Submit information through our online portal for efficient communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in Medicaid Eligibility.
  • Professional phone etiquette with experience in a call center setting.
